      Product Description

      Pairs well with Beef , Lamb , Deer , Pasta
      Our first release of the Five Rivers Ranch Merlot is dark ruby in color. The nose has notes of vibrant cherry, deep blackberry and spicy clove aromas with notes of creamy oak. On the palate the wine is medium-full in body and tannins are smooth with a medium-long finish. The wine was aged for 12 months in small 60-gallon barrels - giving this wine a rich flavorful texture. This Central Coast Merlot will pair nicely with grilled lamb, beef, chicken, roast duck or even a rosemary seasoned salmon.
